The Outcast Code

• This post is meant to be used as a reference to avoid getting your character suspended or exiled. It is entirely separate from the actual site rules.
  

General Conduct-

How the Outcasts should generally treat other, heir environment and live.

• Outcasts are expected to have a general sense of respect and loyalty for their Clanmates as well as those outside of their Clan at the Gathering.
• The Gathering and Solstice Festivals are meant as places of common tribute and reverence for the whole society under SpiritClan. 
• Outcasts at the Gathering/Solstice Festivals should always call members of outside Clans by their formal names.
  

• The Outcasts should honor and respect the land of Yosemite.
• All Outcasts must reject the Domestic lifestyle. This includes use of technology, participation in Domestic events, or destruction of the environment. This may also include making decisions based on Domestic law.
• Wild game may not be hunted for sport. The life of an animal should only be taken for good purpose.

Clan Relations and Warfare-

Equivalent to foreign policy for the Outcasts.

• Outcasts are expected to be loyal and affiliated to their own Clan. This is pledged upon joining.
• On the night of the Gathering, Clans are allowed to cut through territories (most likely RiverClan) to reach Yosemite Valley.
• War is only encouraged if the given Clans cannot find a way to solve their problems reasonably at the Gathering. Typical reasons for war include the desire to change borders, issues with disrespectful or disloyal Outcasts between Clans, or competition for resources.

Ranks- 

Social hierarchy.

• Apprentices should listen intently to their mentor and other Clanmates, and try their best to learn the necessary skills. A few days after joining, the nurse should give her the Clan Imprint.
• Warriors are to be productive in supporting their Clan at all times. This includes patrolling, raiding, and hunting effectively. 
• Competition between warriors to be chosen as the next deputy is forbidden. This would mean that tensions are building between two or more warriors as they try to "suck up" to the current deputy, so that she would have a bias for who becomes the new deputy once she becomes leader. The results of these tensions can potentially be disastrous.
• Nurses should study their field thoroughly before claiming they have a solution to an injury or disease. They should never be neglecting to their Clanmates' needs. Nurses also may not claim that they have statutory power over the warriors.
• Deputies may not claim that they are the leader; their power is still lesser than theirs. They should be willing to assist the leader in strategy or management when asked.
• Leaders may not exploit or abuse their Clan for any reason. This includes manipulation or blatant harassment of their Clanmates. A corrupt leader may be exiled upon agreement of all the other leaders and deputies at the Gathering.

Violations and Enforcement-

List of major crimes, how the Outcasts manage the regulations, and those who break them.

• The greatest offense to the Outcasts is high treason. What defines treason? It is betrayal to one's Clan by either siding with another Clan during war times (giving resources or strategies), finding and exploiting loopholes in the Outcast Code, or purposely trying to frame, entrap, or expose the Outcasts to Domestics. Anyone found doing this would be exiled at the next Gathering without question.
• Murder is not tolerated. Mentioned in the Clan relations section, this includes Outcasts outside of your Clan. The consequence is instant exile.
• Scamming during the trading phase of the Gathering may include hiking up prices to a ridiculous level or claiming that a fraudulent item is authentic. Anyone caught doing this will have their rights to commerce taken away.
