Fifty years ago the supernatural population revealed themselves to the city of Providence, Rhode Island.
Rather than being relegated to shadowy nightmares, the creatures of the night showed themselves to be a savvy class of ruthless businessmen and women who'd orchestrated a city into their own personal playground. Even stronger than the supernatural ties were the mafia ones that cut the city into sections, particularly the East going to the strongest organized werewolf clan while the West did the same with the vampires. Dozens of other groups, including wolves, vampires, shifters, and ghouls now call the city home and take part in a power struggle that's been building for centuries.
The fallout of war and a change of leaders has taken its toll on Providence. A neutral clan has been attacked on two different fronts and lost people which means the alliances are shifting and it's becoming anyone's game. Strange creatures, bloodthirsty and ridiculously strong, have begun taking root in the city, carrying a dangerous virus that will force the creatures to face their true mortality.
