StoneSpirit
StoneSpirit is an important character somewhat based off the TigerStar we all know and love. Her leadership along with GraySpirit's are the main reasons why everyone holds a grudge against ShadowClan. Seriously, she was insane.

Domestic Name- Heather
Formal Name- StoneCliff/StoneSpirit
Race/Ethnicity- White
Eye Color- Blue
Hair Color- Dark brown
Birth Date- October 13th, 1997
Death Date- July 20th, 2013 [Head trauma]
Personality- StoneSpirit was notorious for her psychopathic tendencies. As leader, she had little regard for her Clanmates' wants or needs, often handing responsibilities over to the deputy BrookWater. Though unclear to most Outcasts because she never deliberately told, it is thought that her main goal as an Outcast was to "divide and conquer", particularly to weaken the other Clans by starting wars between them and "scare off" the Domestics (remaining a ghost-like presence) in the long run so that ShadowClan would have the park to themselves.
That would have been an extreme and unrealistic regime. Instead of achieving that, StoneSpirit encouraged her Clan to kill any Domestics they saw wandering through their territory, whether they were a park ranger, police officer, or simply a backpacker. Over time, she became increasingly paranoid that park staff were out to get her, and in 2012 went to ridiculous measures to attempt to rid them of any evidence. She went to Tuolumne Meadows Campground, forcing a few warriors and the deputy to come along, to burn down the kiosk and all of the cabins with the campers inside of them. The Outcasts got away successfully, but the rest of ShadowClan never fully understood why the leader would do that, to destroy their own main source of supplies. It seemed to be a form of self-destruction.
It is no doubt that StoneSpirit was evil, and the nurses have hypothesized that her Spirit is now in the "Place of No Stars", a theoretical location outside of SpiritClan where anyone who was "never fit" to be an Outcast would go. StoneSpirit's legacy is now used as an example of how not to behave as a leader, or an Outcast.
Strengths- StoneSpirit was calculating, and always kept her guard up with Domestics or the other Clans, even if it was irrational. She had somewhat more body mass than the average Outcast, and so appeared more intimidating, and would naturally have more force during a fight.
Weaknesses- StoneSpirit was a coward. During her last battle with ThunderClan, she ran away from NightSpirit instead of accepting the challenge initially. Her cowardice was also clearly shown in her measures to hide her Clan from Domestics as well as possible.
Background- Heather was a middle child coming from a suburban area in San Francisco. She had dealt with familial issues from a very young age: her extended family, especially her grandparents, were never very fond of her. They would tell Heather's parents about her "odd" behaviors of squishing every bug she saw, compulsive lying, and even once attempting to run away. Her parents dismissed this, saying that's because she was "only a child".
Eventually, though, these kinds of behaviors were shown to her parents at their own house. They became increasingly concerned, and at the age of only five she was taken to several child therapists, who came to conclusion she had something called a "conduct disorder". They attempted to treat this through anger management and improving skills in reasoning for several months, but her parents weren't happy with the results.
A year later, Heather's parents divorced after uprising conflicts in the household, leaving her confused and feeling abandoned; she and her siblings were frequently switched between parents. This continued for several years up until her father decided to take the kids to Yosemite to escape for a while, staying at Tuolumne Meadows. Heather ran into a ShadowClan patrol while out hiking, and was enthralled when they said she could start a new life with them. Heather eagerly ran away with them, not one member of ShadowClan knowing of the terror she would cause all Outcasts in the future.
